Essentials Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of accepting your request for unworn or unused things. To start this procedure, please contact our Customer Support at info@jewelryum.com From there, you will be guided through returns and exchange process.

 

Engagement Rings and Wedding Band Returns

All engagement and  wedding bands/rings also are eligible for return within 14 days. Engagement rings are subject to a £75 restocking fee, wedding band returns are subject to a £50 restocking fee. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and verification of return.

*Please Note that Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items & Repairs
Quality is extremely important to us ,therefor if  by any chance your jewellery is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within our 1-year warranty. To enquire or initiate the repair process, please email us at info@jewelryum.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

International Returns
